About Us
Who We Are
LifeSong International is an all-volunteer ministry comprised of members of the Body of Christ dedicated to serving Jesus by working with our youth to cultivate a passionate love for our Lord. Our mission is to assist with training up our children in their knowledge of the Lord and His Word, and helping girls become Godly young women capable of discerning God’s Truth from the ever-pressing views of the world. We are not affiliated with any one denomination, but strive to maintain a balanced administration with representation from various Bible-believing groups.
Every effort is made in developing the program to keep costs low so that the program is available to churches of varying financial means. All materials are supplied at-cost and live training is provided free of charge. If your church is interested in participating in the LifeSong curriculum, but the costs of materials are outside of your financial means, please contact us to discuss alternative payment options and fee-waivers.
What We Believe
1. WE BELIEVE that all Scripture is God-breathed and the infallible Word of God. Therefore, we know the Bible is a reliable source of information about God, ourselves, and our world.
2. WE BELIEVE that the God of the Bible is the only true God and that He is one God who is: the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit.
3. WE BELIEVE that God created all things very good. God created mankind in His own image, male and female, for relationship with Him. Being tempted by Satan, Adam and Eve sinned, bringing disease and death to the earth. This fall allowed Satan and his demonic minions to gain access to God's good creation. Creation now experiences the consequences of Adam's original sin, and, as a result, human beings are born in sin and subject to God's judgment of death.
4. WE BELIEVE that God loves us so much that He sent His Son Jesus into the world, as fully God and fully man in one person, conceived by the Holy Spirit and born of the virgin Mary. After dying on the cross for the sins of the world, Jesus was raised from the dead on the third day. Though sinless in His life, Jesus took our sins on himself so that we could be made sinless by his blood.
5. WE BELIEVE that through hearing the Good News of Jesus, the Holy Spirit convicts us of our sin and God's righteous judgment against us, and brings us to Christ for salvation. Through Jesus we have the free gift of salvation, the promise of eternal life with God, available to all who repent of their sins, accept Jesus as their Savior, and follow Him as their Lord.
